We have four Governing council meetings two in each year. Policies are decided in it. The conference accounts are checked and verified. We have two meetings at the place of the conference for checking the venue , preparation of the conference & approval of scientific programs.
Problems of the city branches are solved . We are trying to prepare the list of the members in the state . All the branch secretaries are advised to contact the Hon. Secretary of the state for the share they should get from the center. It has been advised to the secretaries that they should have their PAN CARD , Account in the Nationalised Bank , get done the audit of account from 1/04/2008 till 31/03/2011 . Every city branch will be preparing the file for audit. For the ease get done audit every six months .
Fix program will be chalked out for the scientific program of the state conference with equal weightage to every branch . if a particular branch is unable to do it then state body will decide the option .
Misa news will be on web site mainly and printed copies will be less .Expenditure will be saved.
