This chapter will be an ideal state body in following respect :

1. Body will be for one / two years.
2. Accounts should be auditade every year.
3. Every member should be ISA Member.
4. Account in the Nationalised bank only.
5. Every member should get Bar coded ID card.
6. Attendance register is a must.
